Toni's Tijuana Orkest - Tijuana Festival

The Dutch version of Herb Alpert and with songs like "Alpertino" and "Alpert Dixie" he shows where he is listening to. Most songs are composed by Will van Hensbergen, but I can't find any information about this man. The recordlabel is Baxter Records (at least the name sounds good...).
